Lobbying is outdated

Euractiv reports that in an analysis, Dr. Stefan Schepers, from the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), shows how lobbying has evolved historically. He argues that the traditional antagonistic style of lobbying is outdated. Click here to read the article in full
The author suggests that lobbyists should look for “new methods for collective learning and compromise building, in a permanent bridge building role, combining (instead of opposing) public and private interests”.
