Upon seeing the picture i can not help but to say "whooaa!" How did this came up like this. Whats going on to the minds of those drivers? What happened to the traffic lights? Just imagine the effect of these to commuters who might be in a hurry. I hope this did not happen during those rush hours where people are in a hurry to report to work. Really a jam. Hello Ray.
