Twitter logoSpring is just around the corner and we are led to believe that everyone is using TWITTER to tell the world what they are doing right now!  me – "Typing a post about Twitter"  Have a look at http://twitter.com/policomm and don't forget to press the follow me button!

Sounds like garbage to you? Then you need to read Duct Tape Marketing's guide “Beginner’s Guide to Using Twitter for Business”  You can learn how to:

1) Would you like a way to connect and network with others in your industry
or others who share you views? It’s a good a tool for that.
2) Would you like a way to get instant access to what’s being said, this
minute, about your organization, people, products, or brand? It’s a good
tool for that.
3) Would you like a steady stream of ideas, content, links, resources, and
tips focused on your area of expertise or interest? It’s a good tool for that.
4) Would you like to monitor what’s being said about your customers to help
them protect their brands? It's a good tool for that.

I tend to use Twitter only once in a while and mainly as an archive of thoughts or comments that are logged on the website HERE

If you use TWITTER or love or hate it tell us your comments …

“You see, when there is danger, a good leader takes the front line. But when there is celebration, a good leader stays in the back room. If you want the cooperation of human beings around you, make them feel that they are important. And you do that by being humble.”

–Nelson Mandela

“We trained hard, but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form up in teams we would be reorganized. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing. And a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress whilst producing confusion, inefficiency and demoralization.”
